You won't have to bother with that shaky step ladder again when you transform your roof space into a convenient storage room. By installing an enzie® roof space ladder you can access your roof space easily and safely. The Delux Tele 3+1 is the right access system that can be used every day. The unit has a casing, insulated hatch and aluminium ladder. The Delux Tele 3+1 ladder has three movable sections plus one fixed section. To lower the ladder, the first of the movable sections telescopes (slides) down the fixed ladder section which is attached to the hatch and then the other two sections unfold.

Safe:

A gas piston counterbalance on the hatch makes operation smooth, quiet and effortless. The ladder can't fall down on top of you or crash back up into the ceiling. The 75mm non-slip treads are a comfortable 240mm apart.

Insulated Hatch:

The hatch is insulated and the unit is fitted with a rubber seal preventing drafts.

Almost invisible:

Your ladder is completely self contained and simply folds away on its hatch. A slimline architrave and concealed hinges make your ladder blend in with the ceiling so that it almost disappears.

Easy to install:

Your enzie roof space ladder comes FULLY assembled. Spring clips make installation as easy as lifting your ladder into the opening.

Lockable hatch:

The Delux ladder is fitted with a unique espagnolette lock for security.
