The unique telescoping action of the concertina ladder saves space. It can be used in hard to get at places and small spaces. It is an easy way to transform your roof space into a convenient storage room. The concertina roof space ladder is made of aluminium and is mounted on a wooden hatch and box. The hatch is insulated and has a built in draft seal and lock.

Compact treads are 95mm wide with non-slip pattern and a comfortable 280mm apart when fully extended. A double espagnolette lock allows you to lock your ladder against intruders
